The core of I Success are Flavia Covaciu and Oana Irimia, two young entrepreneurs that demonstrated how attention to every detail, dedication and passion in relation to people and communication could lead to one of the most sought after European PR & Events Agency.
The “I Success” started a vision: to create a place where businesses can connect and promote the core values of the people who achieve success through work, dedication, and talent, and who have amazing stories to tell.

Eight years ago Oana and Flavia started their path to success, by building one of the most influential European PR agencies with a large portfolio of clients and representing international celebrities and acclaimed V.I.P’s from different industries. The “I Success Awards” was the next step for developing an exclusivist community where people can share ideas and build successful stories.
The I Success Awards is more than a simple event is a concept, a state of mind. The brand itself in partnership with Forbes France is a story of success, evolving quickly from a local gala to one of the most exclusivist global happenings, in Cannes and Dubai, connecting every year the most influential and internationally acclaimed figures with promising young entrepreneurs or people that are on the road to success.
Our portfolio covers clients from a diverse range of industries, from medical and pharmaceutical industry to real estate, beauty, food and fashion.
